By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. These terms are designed to ensure transparency and provide you with a smooth and secure buying experience.
1. Product Information
All of my Fine Art Prints are divided into two distinct tiers: Artisan and Collector. All prints offered are Limited Edition Fine Art Prints, created using archival inks and museum-quality papers. Each print is hand-inspected, signed, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in monitor calibration. I strive to ensure that the final product closely reflects my artistic intent, both in color and tone.
2. Limited Editions
Prints are sold in limited numbers based on format and size. Once an edition sells out, it is permanently retired as a Fine Art Print and will never be reissued in any size, format, or finish. Each print is signed and accompanied with a signed and numbered Certificate of Authentication.
3. Ordering & Payment
Payments are securely processed through the checkout system. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Prints are made to order. Please allow up to 3–5 business days for production and preparation before shipment. U.S. orders over $99 ship free via USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days). Orders under $99 are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days) at aflat rate of $8.99.
International orders are welcome and shipped via reliable carriers. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.
5. Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is very important to me. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your print, please reach out to me within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. Returned prints must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, except in cases where the print arrives damaged. If your print is damaged during shipping, contact me within 48 hours of delivery, and I will work quickly to provide you with a replacement at no additional cost.
6. Copyright & Usage
All images, text, and content on this website are protected by copyright and remain the sole intellectual property of the artist. Purchasing a print grants you ownership of the physical artwork—but does not include rights to reproduce, distribute, or use the image for any commercial, editorial, or digital purpose.
If you’re interested in licensing an image for commercial, editorial, or other professional use, please contact me directly to discuss availability, terms, and usage rights. I’m happy to work with individuals, publishers, designers, and organizations seeking to license my work for appropriate projects.
